The staff was cute and helpful. I especially appreciated their assistance with directions. my room had a nespresso machine. It ensured a perfect start to each day. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries, a lovely touch!
The gym was quite small. It only had limited equipment.

really nice place in town
great spot attentive staff quick service
this hotel is really in a great spot. i was very close to everything and i could easily walk to all the cool places. the staff was very attentive and helpful. they answered every question i had, and got me whatever i needed, fast.
i think the only thing i noticed is the gym isn't big. it got a bit crowded during peak hours, but it worked for a quick workout.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions (i even took a stroll to the cathedral). i was happy with my upgraded superior double room. It was quite spacious. the rooftop bar and pool gave me a nice space to relax after a day of exploration.
The elevator service was a little slow at peak times. Sometimes, i had to wait a few minutes.

the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions (i especially appreciated alex, the concierge). the rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing, though it got crowded quickly. i found the breakfast buffet substantial, with a nice variety of options.
the street noise was quite noticeable, even on a higher floor. i found it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

early access cava bottle rooftop pool
i arrived early, and they accommodated me with early access to my room, a good start. on returning from a walk, i found cava and chocolates, a welcome touch (i enjoyed that). i used the rooftop pool area on my first day, a nice spot to relax.
A minor issue was the lack of complimentary bottled water daily. Only received one upon arrival and had to request more later.
